What type of workouts are included in the studio?
The studio focuses on intermediate-level bodyweight, mobility, and core-based sessions. Workouts are designed to improve strength, control, movement quality, and overall fitness without the use of equipment.

 

What level are the workouts suitable for?
These sessions are best suited to those with some prior exercise experience. Modifications are provided where appropriate, but the content is designed with an intermediate fitness level in mind.

 

How long are the workouts?
Workouts typically last between 20 and 30 minutes.

 

How often are new workouts added?
Workouts will be changed every 3 months.

 

Do you offer modifications for different fitness levels?
Yes. Modifications are included to help accommodate different abilities within an intermediate framework.

Do I need any equipment?
No equipment is required. All sessions are bodyweight-based. You may wish to use a mat and keep a drink nearby.

What devices can I use to access the workouts?
Workouts can be accessed on a phone, tablet, laptop, or desktop computer.

 

Do I need a special app to use the studio?
No. All workouts are accessed directly through the website.

What should I do if I experience technical difficulties?

Do you offer any live workouts?
Yes. There will be a monthly live workout.

Completing 2–3 sessions per week is generally recommended. Progress is typically noticed over time with consistent participation.

A suggested structure is provided, but sessions can be completed at times that suit your schedule.

Are meal plans or nutrition advice included?
Not currently. I am not a qualified nutritionist, but I plan to add a food inspiration page with high-protein recipe ideas for general guidance only.

Do these workouts support stress management or general wellbeing?
Many people find that regular movement and mobility-focused training can support overall wellbeing and help them manage day-to-day stress, although individual experiences vary.

 

Are there age restrictions for joining the studio?
You must be 16 years or over to sign up to the studio.
